Three seasons hiking route (Spring, Summer, Autumn)

Starting point at mikro Papigko village. Walking along the stone paths of the village we will find the path in the forest that leads to the lake after a 3.30 to 4 hour of total hiking. Astrakas shelter is 2.30 hours away from our start and 1 hour away from our final destination, the alpine lake. Most of the scenery during our hiking is alpine and the view of the mountains is spectacular. The scenery becomes even magical as during our hiking we will meet wild horses running down the hills and in
our final destination we will meet the little dragons (Ichthyosaura alpestris) that live in the alpine lake. On our way back we could rest for a few moments at the shelter before we will head back to the village.
